- Adult signature required — Freight carriers will not leave this shipment unattended. Someone must be present to sign at delivery.
- Photo documentation — Your freight carrier photographs the shipment at delivery and records GPS coordinates. This documentation is on file with the carrier.

- Accept delivery — note damage on the BOL before signing — Accept the shipment even if visibly damaged.
