Price Match Policy

Forgeline Supply Co., operated by BGA Commerce LLC, stands behind our pricing. If you find an identical, in-stock item advertised at a genuinely lower total price by an eligible competitor, we will review your request to match it under the terms below.

Eligible Competitors

To qualify for a price match, the competing offer must be from an authorized, US-based retailer or dealer that:

  • Is selling the identical brand, model, and SKU as new, in-stock inventory (not refurbished, open-box, used, or discontinued)
  • Is not a marketplace, auction, or peer-to-peer listing (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party marketplace sellers, Facebook Marketplace)
  • Is publicly and currently advertising the price at the time of your request (not an expired, membership-only, or private/negotiated price)

What We Compare

Because many of our products ship via freight, we compare total landed cost — the item price plus shipping/freight/delivery charges — not just the listed item price. A competitor's lower sticker price that excludes freight, liftgate, or residential delivery fees included in our price is not an eligible match unless the total cost to your door is genuinely lower.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for a price match:

  • Marketplace, auction, or private-seller listings
  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or going-out-of-business pricing
  • Bundle, package, or multi-item deals that cannot be isolated to a single matching SKU
  • Membership-restricted pricing (e.g., wholesale clubs) not available to the general public
  • Limited-time flash sales, doorbusters, or promotional codes with restrictive conditions
  • Financing, lease-to-own, or payment-plan promotions
  • Obvious pricing errors or typographical mistakes

How to Request a Price Match

Price match requests must be submitted before completing your purchase. Contact our support team at support@forgelinesupplyco.com or +1 (888) 896-7898 with:

  • A link to the competitor's current listing showing the exact matching SKU/model
  • The competitor's total price including shipping, or enough detail for us to calculate total landed cost
  • A screenshot or dated reference showing the price was publicly available at the time of your request

We review each request individually and will respond within 1 business day. Approval is at our discretion based on the criteria above; we reserve the right to decline requests that don't meet these terms.
