Forgeline Supply Co. — Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

At Forgeline Supply Co., owned and operated by BGA COMMERCE LLC, we partner directly with premium commercial and industrial manufacturers to supply top-tier garage and automotive equipment. Because our products are heavy-duty and ship directly from specialized factory warehouses, returns are governed by strict industrial logistics protocols.

Please read this framework entirely before initiating a return sequence.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the official date of delivery to request a return on any eligible product. Once your return request is reviewed and authorized by our team via email, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with designated factory return warehouse shipping instructions.

Returns sent back without an official RMA number will be rejected at the freight dock and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a standard return, items must be in completely uninstalled, pristine condition:

  • The item must be 100% unused, unmounted, and never connected to power, hydraulics, or pneumatic lines.

  • The item must reside inside its original factory packaging, securely banded to its original shipping pallet (if shipped via LTL Freight).

  • All original manuals, accessories, certified documentation, and hardware packs must be fully accounted for inside the container.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom factory orders, customized paint finishes, built-to-order clear-floor configurations, or products that have been bolted down, installed, or tool-tested are completely ineligible for return.

3. Mandatory Return Fees & Deductions (Transparent Disclosure)

High-ticket industrial equipment incurs massive operational, handling, and administrative overhead during a return cycle. In accordance with our distributor agreements and to maintain strict transparency, all authorized standard returns are subject to the following non-negotiable deductions from the final refund amount:

  • Restocking Fee (15% to 25%): A restocking fee ranging from 15% to 25% of the original purchase price will be deducted based on the specific manufacturer's warehouse policy for that brand. The exact fee percentage for your specific item can be verified prior to return processing by contacting our support team.

  • 3% Transaction Processing Fee: This fee covers the non-refundable credit card, bank wire, or financing gateway merchant processing charges incurred during the initial checkout.

  • Outbound & Return Freight Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated completely apart from the merchandise value. The customer is entirely responsible for the original outbound freight cost (even if the item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion) as well as the actual return freight shipping costs back to the factory warehouse terminal.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

  • Step 1: Request an RMA Contact our operations desk at support@forgelinesupplyco.com with your original order number, proof of purchase, and clear digital photographs confirming the item is unused and still strapped to its original factory pallet.

  • Step 2: Freight Coordination Once approved, we will issue your RMA and structural return address details. Because these items are oversized, you must coordinate return transport via a licensed LTL freight carrier.

  • Step 3: Factory Warehouse Inspection Upon arrival at the manufacturer's facility, the engineering team will inspect the item within 5–7 business days to verify its pristine, uninstalled condition.

  • Step 4: Refund Issuance Following a successful inspection, your refund will be compiled. The applicable restocking fee (15%–25%), the 3% merchant processing fee, and original outbound shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining net balance will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for your banking institution to post the credit block.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries (Freight Protection)

CRITICAL LTL FREIGHT ARRIVAL RULE: If an item arrives with severe structural damage to the crating, packaging, or the machine frame itself, you must REJECT the delivery immediately with the freight driver and write "Refused Due to Shipping Damage" clearly on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).

Contact us immediately at support@forgelinesupplyco.com. If you sign the BOL cleanly without noting damage, you are legally certifying that the equipment arrived in perfect condition, which forfeits our ability to file a carrier claim and issue a free factory replacement.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full 100% refund only if the request is submitted before the item has been processed, assigned a tracking number, or left the manufacturer's shipping dock.

  • If an order is canceled after payment processing but before shipping, it is subject to a 3% merchant gateway transaction fee adjustment.

  • If you cancel an order after it has shipped or refuse delivery at your address for a non-damaged item, the shipment will be treated as a standard return, and all outbound freight, return freight, and restocking fees will apply.
