Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, freight delivery, returns, and warranty coverage for commercial-grade equipment.

Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout where available. How shipping is charged depends on the product and supplier: some items use carrier-calculated parcel rates, some include shipping or freight in the price, some carry a fixed freight charge, and some freight is quoted separately after your order is placed. Heavy or oversized equipment ships via freight carriers; smaller items ship by parcel.

Most in-stock orders process within 2–5 business days. After shipment, standard transit is typically 5–10 business days. Large freight, special-order, backordered, or manufacturer-direct products may require additional time, and delivery dates are estimates. Tracking information is provided once available after shipment.

Due to the physical weight, dimensions, and commercial nature of our industrial equipment catalog, we absolutely cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or residential parcel drop-boxes. A valid physical street address is strictly required.

Heavy-duty garage machinery is transported via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) semi-truck carriers. These shipments are secured onto industrial pallets and require dedicated freight handling procedures due to their immense scale.

Not necessarily. Liftgate requirements and available delivery services vary by product and supplier. Select the applicable delivery option when offered, or contact us if you are unsure.

You are strictly responsible for being physically present during the scheduled delivery window to visually inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's Delivery Receipt (Bill of Lading). Look closely for any signs of outer box tears, structural dents, or shifting.

If your freight shipment arrives with minor or visible damage, inspect it before signing. Describe the damage specifically on the carrier’s Bill of Lading — for example, “Crate damaged on left side” or “Forklift puncture through carton.” A generic notation such as “subject to inspection” may not adequately document a freight claim, and failure to document visible damage on the Bill of Lading may affect or limit the ability to pursue one. Photograph the damage and outer packaging before unwrapping or moving the item, retain all packaging, then contact our logistics team within 48 hours at support@forgelinesupplyco.com or +1 (888) 896-7898.

If the shipment appears severely damaged, structurally compromised, or clearly unusable, contact us as soon as possible before accepting it. Refusal may be appropriate depending on the circumstances. Resolution is determined through the applicable claim process and may involve a carrier claim, replacement parts, repair, supplier or manufacturer action, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

We offer a premium 30-day return window from the confirmed date of delivery. To qualify, all industrial machinery and tools must remain completely unused, uninstalled, securely strapped to their original shipping pallets, and enclosed in their original factory crates and packaging.

Yes. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility on approved non-defective returns, and those returns are subject to a 28% restocking fee. Large / Freight Equipment is generally not accepted for non-defective return unless specifically approved in writing, and the 28% fee still applies if approved. Incorrect items, freight damage reported within 48 hours, and manufacturer defects are handled through their own verification or claim process. See our full Refund Policy for complete terms.

Once your returned equipment arrives back at our regional warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be fully processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. Where verified warranty information is available, it is summarized in the Warranty tab on the product page. See our Warranty Policy, or contact us before purchasing if warranty coverage is important to your decision.

Because our order system feeds directly into manufacturing fulfillment queues to minimize processing times, order cancellations or modifications may be requested any time before the order ships. Once an item has been crated or dispatched, any cancellation will be subject to standard return freight procedures. Contact us immediately at support@forgelinesupplyco.com or call +1 (888) 896-7898.
