Warranty Policy

Last reviewed: September 10, 2026

1. Policy Scope

Forgeline Supply Co., a brand of BGA Commerce LLC, sells equipment and products manufactured by multiple independent brands.

Warranty terms are not the same for every product. Coverage may vary according to the manufacturer, product model, product family, component, purchase date, installation method and intended use.

When verified warranty information is available, a summary is displayed on the applicable product page. Customers should review the product-specific warranty information before completing a purchase.

This policy does not create an additional warranty from Forgeline Supply Co. unless a separate Forgeline warranty is expressly provided in writing on the product page or order documentation.

2. Products Without a Confirmed Warranty Term

When the warranty duration or coverage has not been confirmed for a specific product, Forgeline Supply Co. will not publish an estimated or assumed warranty term.

The product page may instead state:

"Contact Forgeline Supply Co. before purchase for current manufacturer warranty information applicable to this product."

Customers should contact Forgeline before purchasing if warranty coverage is an important part of their purchase decision.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty assistance, contact Forgeline Supply Co. using:

Please provide the following information where applicable:

  1. Your name and contact information
  2. Forgeline order number and proof of purchase
  3. Product name, model and SKU
  4. Product serial number
  5. A detailed description of the problem
  6. Clear photographs or videos showing the problem
  7. Installation information when required by the manufacturer
  8. Maintenance or service records when required

Forgeline will review the information and advise whether the claim should be handled through Forgeline, the manufacturer or an approved service provider.

Do not return a product, component or part until written instructions have been provided. Some manufacturers require product registration, claim approval or a Return Goods Authorization before accepting returned items.

Approval, repair, replacement or claim rejection remains subject to the applicable manufacturer terms.

4. Labor, Shipping and Other Costs

Labor, diagnosis, removal, installation, return shipping, replacement shipping and freight coverage vary by manufacturer and product.

Forgeline Supply Co. does not make a universal promise that these expenses are covered.

Before sending a product for inspection, arranging a repair or hiring a technician, obtain written confirmation explaining:

  1. Whether the claim has been approved
  2. Which product or component is covered
  3. Whether labor is covered
  4. Who is responsible for shipping or freight
  5. Whether a particular repair facility or technician must be used

Costs incurred without prior approval may not be reimbursed.

5. BoxoUSA

Warranty coverage depends on the BoxoUSA product category. Current published terms include:

  1. Torque tools receive a one-year limited warranty from the purchase date
  2. Tool bags and tool rolls receive a one-year limited warranty
  3. EVA foam receives a one-year limited warranty for eligible manufacturing defects
  4. Eligible tool storage and tool boxes receive limited lifetime coverage

Mixed sets may contain components with different warranty periods. A single duration should not be assumed for every component in a mixed set.

BoxoUSA requires proof of purchase and conditions warranty eligibility on purchase directly from BoxoUSA or an authorized BoxoUSA dealer. Eligibility for a particular Forgeline purchase should be confirmed where this condition applies.

6. Fortisky Technologies

Current published Fortisky terms include:

  1. Eligible wheel service equipment receives a one-year warranty on operating components for defects in materials or workmanship
  2. Eligible vehicle lifts receive a limited two-year warranty
  3. Listed structural lift components receive three-year coverage

Coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Wear parts, improper installation, misuse, inadequate maintenance, shipping damage and onsite labor may be excluded.

Freight damage must be handled through the delivery damage process. Missing lift parts must be reported within the manufacturer's specified reporting period.

7. KATOOL

Current published KATOOL terms include:

  1. Eligible equipment receives a limited one-year warranty covering eligible parts and defects in materials or workmanship
  2. Eligible vehicle lifts receive an additional three-year warranty on structural components

Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Labor for installation, removal or repair is not included. Products must not be disassembled before claim approval, because doing so may affect warranty eligibility.

KATOOL also conditions eligibility on purchase directly from KATOOL or an authorized vendor. Eligibility for a particular purchase should be confirmed where this condition applies.

8. Martins Industries

Martins Industries warranty coverage varies by product and model. Forgeline Supply Co. does not apply one warranty duration to every Martins product.

When a product-specific term has been verified from the applicable manufacturer documentation, that term may be shown on the product page.

When a model-specific term has not been confirmed, customers should contact Forgeline before purchasing.

The manufacturer states that coverage may be voided by misuse, improper assembly, inadequate maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications or unauthorized repairs.

9. Mayflower

Mayflower currently publishes a one-year warranty for its machines covering eligible parts.

Plastic parts are excluded from the published one-year coverage. Claims may require photographs or videos showing the problem and a photograph of the product serial number.

Because the manufacturer's published wording regarding labor and shipping is not sufficiently clear, Forgeline Supply Co. does not promise labor or shipping coverage. Customers should obtain confirmation before incurring these expenses.

10. Olympic Equipment

Olympic warranty coverage varies according to the product and applicable equipment series.

Where a specific lift has been verified as covered under Olympic's published Gold Series lift warranty, the current published periods include:

  1. Ten years for major structural components
  2. Three years for listed power units, cylinders, cables, hoses, locks, pulleys, sheaves and bushings
  3. One year for listed wear parts and optional accessories

These periods must not be applied automatically to every Olympic product. Alignment equipment, standard product lines and other Olympic products may have different terms.

Olympic states that labor is not covered, professional installation is required, coverage applies to the original purchaser, and warranty part shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.

Customers should rely on the warranty summary assigned to the specific product rather than the product series name alone.

11. Tire Service International

Tire Service International currently publishes a one-year limited warranty for eligible defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage applies to the original end user and is not transferable. Proof of purchase and product registration may be required.

TSI requires an approved Return Goods Authorization before products or materials are returned. Photographs and supporting claim information may also be required.

TSI separately states that eligible repair labor is covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.

Shipping responsibility depends on claim approval and the manufacturer's current instructions. Customers should obtain written authorization before shipping anything.

12. Other Manufacturers

For manufacturers or products not specifically addressed above, no warranty duration should be assumed.

Customers should review the warranty information shown on the product page or contact Forgeline before purchasing.

Forgeline will not invent or estimate a warranty term where current manufacturer information has not been verified.

13. Common Warranty Exclusions

Depending on the manufacturer, warranty coverage may exclude:

  1. Normal wear and consumable components
  2. Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents
  3. Improper assembly or installation
  4. Operation outside manufacturer specifications
  5. Inadequate maintenance
  6. Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  7. Incorrect voltage or electrical installation
  8. Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
  9. Freight or delivery damage
  10. Commercial rental use where excluded by the manufacturer

The exclusions applicable to the specific product and manufacturer will control.

14. Freight and Delivery Damage

Freight or delivery damage is separate from a manufacturer defect claim.

Customers must inspect delivered products and follow Forgeline's current delivery inspection and damage reporting instructions.

Shipping Policy: https://forgelinesupplyco.com/policies/shipping-policy

Do not discard packaging, shipping documents or delivery receipts until the product has been inspected.

15. Returns and Refunds

A warranty claim is not the same as a return or refund request.

Returns, cancellations, restocking fees, product condition requirements and refund processing are governed by Forgeline's Refund Policy:

Refund Policy: https://forgelinesupplyco.com/policies/refund-policy

Approval of a return does not automatically mean that a manufacturer warranty claim has been approved. Approval of a warranty claim does not automatically create a right to a refund.

16. Seller Eligibility and Manufacturer Conditions

Some manufacturers condition warranty coverage on purchase through an approved or authorized sales channel.

Forgeline Supply Co. will only display manufacturer-specific Authorized Dealer or Authorized Reseller wording where the applicable status has been verified.

Customers may contact Forgeline before purchase to confirm warranty eligibility for a specific manufacturer or product.

17. Changes and Conflicting Information

Manufacturers may update their warranty terms.

The product warranty summary, the manufacturer's written terms applicable to the particular product and purchase date, and applicable consumer law determine the available coverage.

If the product page and manufacturer information appear inconsistent, contact Forgeline before purchasing or submitting a claim.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
