LTL Freight Carrier
Heavy equipment ships via LTL freight carrier. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your delivery zip code. Liftgate service available for locations without a loading dock — select at checkout or contact us to arrange.
Delivery & Verification
- Adult signature required — Freight carriers will not leave this shipment unattended. Someone must be present to sign at delivery.
- Photo documentation — Your freight carrier photographs the shipment at delivery and records GPS coordinates. This documentation is on file with the carrier.
- Delivery window — Freight arrives approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Accept delivery — note damage on the BOL before signing — Accept the shipment even if visibly damaged. Write a clear description of any damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing — e.g. “Damaged — crushed corner / torn packaging.” An unqualified signature forfeits the freight claim. We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a 3% payment processing fee (23% total) — see our Refund Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product size and destination. Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Heavy freight items such as vehicle lifts and large equipment may require additional transit time of 7–14 business days. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, document the damage with photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund as appropriate.

What to Expect: Shipping & Delivery
Carrier Appointment
For residential deliveries or terminal pickups, the freight dispatcher will call you 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery window so you can prepare your offloading equipment.
Strict Unloading Rules
No Liftgates Allowed. This crate is too long/heavy for standard truck liftgates. You MUST have a forklift, tractor with forks, or an overhead crane. Otherwise, please select “Terminal Pickup” at checkout.
Freight Inspection
Accept the delivery even if visibly damaged — do not refuse the shipment. Before signing the driver’s paperwork, write any visible damage on the delivery receipt (e.g. “Damaged — crushed corner / torn packaging”). Photograph damage before unwrapping, then report to us within 48 hours and we handle the freight claim.
