Challenger Lifts provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship. Coverage typically includes 1-year labor, with extended structural coverage of up to 5 years on certain inground models. The warranty is non-transferable.

For inground lifts in the 10K-15K range (such as the EW1020 platform), typical coverage includes 1-year labor, 2-year parts, and 5-year structural. Exclusions apply for damage caused by improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty registration may be required after purchase. Refer to included documentation for details. Claims require the lift's serial number and must be processed through an authorized service representative.
