Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after checkout, and a second notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Freight Logistics & Carrier Information

Most of our products ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers due to their size and weight. Freight shipping is different from standard parcel delivery:

  • Deliveries are made via full-size freight truck, not UPS/FedEx
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier rates based on your address, item weight, and dimensions
  • Delivery appointments are typically scheduled in advance by the carrier

Delivery Day — What to Expect

When your freight shipment arrives:

  • Curbside delivery is the standard service level — the driver will lower your items to ground level at the curb or driveway
  • Liftgate service is available at checkout if you do not have a loading dock or forklift on-site
  • Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading and photograph it immediately
  • If damage is found, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim on your behalf

Tracking & Communication

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier name
  • Estimated delivery window (typically 5–10 business days for freight, depending on distance)
  • The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment
